Formulated for use in food processing facilities, restaurants, bars, and wherever food is handled or prepared. BV-5 is a liquid detergent for pots and pans. Balanced pH formula produces rich, abundant, and durable foam. Dissolves stubborn grease and removes residues of cooked or dried food. Cleans the greasiest of pans, yet gentle on the hands.

All surfaces subject to food contact must be rinsed with potable water before reuse.
